Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Rehabilitation Services Director
Duane joined the team at The Laurels of DeKalb as rehabilitation services director in March 2021.
Duane graduated from Tri State University with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1997 but quickly realized physical therapy and rehabilitation was his passion. As a result, he graduated from Ivy Tech in Muncie with an associate's degree in physical therapy in 2001. He has over 20 years of therapy experience with the long-term care and skilled nursing populations.
He lives in Angola with his wife Amy, son Mason, and daughter Morgan.
Diana Mohr
Director of Marketing
Diana Mohr started her long-term care career 12 years ago at The Laurels of Coldwater. She is now excited to return to the Laurels family as the Director of Marketing for The Laurels of Dekalb. She has her Associates Degree in Marketing and Communications. She has a passion for helping seniors and their families. That passion, along with her specialty in communications, is the perfect fit to help you and your loved one feel right at home. When she isn’t working or networking in the community, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and has a son in high school that keeps them busy with sports. Diana can’t wait to welcome you to The Laurels of Dekalb!
